with a simple smile and slow blinking eyes.
Trust rested somewhere deep that day
maybe in his pocket.
to be discarded later
with other old manboy prizes.
She was one.
Where did his naked shame go, she wondered
Hers, squirmed and squeezed quietly
Lifeless under his weight.
